Two Black Girls From Washington DC Tortured To Death By Bloody Killers of the World Bank + How To Deal With Racism

The couple from Brasschaat named Jos Delcroix and Paula Donckers were in Washington DC in July of 1992. There, they made themselves guilty of the murder of two black named Suzanne Temple who was 14 years of age, and Becky Hightower who was 15 years of age. Perhaps nobody in the USA knew what happened to the two teenagers, while in the heart of Europe their story makes the tour.
The couple from Brasschaat (North of Antwerp) were registered at a hotel in Washington DC of which the name is Embassy Hotel. It must be a hotel which is not far from the World Bank, between 5 or 10 kilometers.
They are also regulars at Bleu Fountain Motel in Washington DC of which the owner is Frank Vandervuren, who is a Belgian from Antwerp who started a hotel business in Washington presumably during the 1970ies. I am awaiting precision about this about Mr Vandervuren.
It triggers the question how many hotels and other properties Mr Vandervuren has, and what his precise links are with the couple from Brasschaat. I would also question the origin of the start-up money for building the hotel and how the business is financed.
The FBI should also be looking for other hotel owners of Belgian origin or with Belgian ancestry in the USA, to exclude that they are accomplices not only the human trafficking networks, but also in the trafficking of US passports. That would explain why the couple from Brasschaat was able to get away with murder as you will understand from the story.
They used fake the identities of Jim and Susan Tompkins and they used fake American passports. This is why I am including their pictures for you to see how they look like, because I have seen them as a child on their premises; which is Deldo Autobanden (www.deldo.com). I am discussing my experiences with them in “They Said I Have No Added Value”.
The truth is that I don’t have to be of any value to their country at all. But, I want to be of value to my country, which is Morocco, and that is my right.
I will show my value by sending their pictures around to all the Embassy Hotels in Washington DC and to the World Bank. I will have them confirm if they have seen these faces before and under which identity they booked a room. That is why I studied English, which is something this couple hated about me. Now we know why;
They came in contact with Suzanne Temple and Becky Hightower through a lover boy, who was paid by Paula and Jos 50 000 USD to find 2 black girls for them.

The loverboy was Paul Buscetti, a white male and he was working as a loverboy for the Tompkins (Jos and Paula Delcroix) for about 6 or 7 years, at that moment.
The uncle of Buscetti whose name is Sam Buscetti has a second hand cars garage, in Washington DC. It is believed that Paul was paid during years by Jos and Paula through the garage of Sam, to mislead women and to push them in the hands of pimps like Jos Delcroix and Paula Donckers themselves.
Paul had found two runaways at a bus station in Washington DC. These are Suzanne Temple and Becky Hightower . They were friends at school.
As a nice and goodlooking young man, it was not difficult for him to convince the girls to follow him to the hotel room where the Tompkins were staying, because they believed the words of the loverboy. What he exactly told them is not clear, but it must be related to earning money with a small job. He introduced the girls to the Tompkins and left, without ever knowing what happened to the two Afro-American girls.
In the room of the hotel, where the two girls arrived, they were given a refreshment, like a coke, at the very beginning of the meeting. The Tompkins had put a narcotic in the drinks. The drug was a muscle relaxant through which the girls were unable to hit back or to scream afterwards.
The Tompkins would have suggested to the girls to work as prostitutes. The girls refused to do that kind of work. Then, the Tompkins became afraid that the girls would tell the police what they have suggested as a job.
Instead of simply letting the girls go, the Tompkins had no better idea than to chain the girls to the bed and to torture them. They were hit first with the fist in the face, Mrs Tompkins seemed to be the most aggressive. Mrs Tompkins has most of the blood on her hand, I was told
Then they were taken to the bathtub. They used waterboarding in the bath, just like they do in Guantanomo. In the bathtub the girls could not move their bodies. While their minds were still conscious, they saw the water rising over their heads, without being able to stand up or move in any way.
It is in this terrible way the girls have seen death coming closer to them by the minute. They were basically tortured to death for their refusal to work as a prostitute, as if the lesson they were being taught was going to be understood by anyone who refuses something in the future to these Belgian Tompkins. Suzanne Temple and Becky Hightower died on 24 july 1992. They reportedly tortured the girls one by one.
Jos and Paula are hugely built individuals. Jos Delcroix is very tall, at least 1,90 m (6.2 feet) and he must weigh more than one ton (220 pounds). Paula is between 1,75 m and 1,80 m. I have no idea of her weight, but she was not a fat woman. She was elegantly built, but she is surprisingly cruel.
The two black girls weigh 45 kg (99.2 pounds) and 46 kg (101.2 pounds), and they were very easy to keep under control by these huge and dangerous Europeans.
Mr Tompkins knew how and where to find “a cleaner” in the USA. He would have called one up to come to the hotel, as is he called a pal to come over for a beer. The cleaner was Felice D’Ambrosio from Chicago who was 48 years and so specialized in the disappearance of bodies. He would have received at least 200 000 USD in cash from the Tompkins... to shut up.
The bodies of the girls were rolled up in sheets like mummies and dropped down in the trash chute tube for throwing down the dirty linen through the wall, all the way through the building of the hotel, to the basement where a big collection point for the laundry is located.
There, someone from the laundry service who obviously was tipped about dead people being sent down, had taken the bodies away, The girls were dumped in the Potomac River with weights to keep them down in the water, where they were found 7 weeks later, as they rose from the depth;
The Tompkins would have spent a total of 250 000 USD at least on just one day, for paying everyone for on nothing really constructive, for stupidity like a loverboy to use his charms against human lives, like forcing the young girls in prostitution, like hitting, tortering them, like killing them with waterboarding, and like paying expensive a cleaner for hiding the bodies. This total does not include the cost of the hotel they were using and the cost of the plane tickets, otherwise these two Belgians would cost at least 300 000 USD per day for keeping them alive their way every day. They cost a lot of money to all the employers in Europe.
Did they pay all this with the revenues of their company Deldo Autobanden in Antwerp, or with their personal savings? Of course not.
They were paying it all with tax money of everybody which arrives at the World Ba, and Susan and Becky were possi Jos Delcroix and Paula Donckers are the secret decision-makers of the World Bank. They were turning up regularly in Washington DC for killing Blacks like Suzanne and Becky and for deciding where to finance the next genocide and mass killing of people they can’t stand.

An American banker in the Virgin Island who does not want his name to be known has been reading my letters and articles here on Medium. He contacted me to tell that Jos Delcroix has several bank accounts in the Virgin Island at the same bank where Joseph Gheyssens also has at least one account.
The banker was unwilling to reveal the names of the banks at this time, but he revealed the names Jos Delcroix is using. He would have a bank account under the name “Guillaume De Prêtre”, which is a fake Belgian passport. He would also have a bank account in the Cayman Islands under the name Jules Debroeil, with a fake French passport.
His wife Paula Donckers would also have several bank accounts in the Cayman Island and the Virgin Islands under the name Juliiette Cloosters which is a Belgian identity suggesting that she was born in Wallonia, would you believe? She alternates her bank operations with another identity, namely ``Geneviève Bonpareil which is a fake French passport. That one mentions that she was born in Guingamp, France.
She has a bank account in Switzerland under the false name Françoise Snelders, probably with the HSBC Bank. I do not exclude a direct connection with the Geneva-based International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, a pension fund of all workers of the Red Cross Belgium / la Croix-Rouge de Belgique. My suspicion is that this pension fund includes the pensions of other Belgian companies, perhaps such as the railways company which created a job for the Lebanese loverboy who was charged with the mission to screw with the Moroccan girls living in Belgium, and to prepare them for the prostitution. Indeed, pension funds are easily attracted by the collateral guarantees of the huge world organisations, such as the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies, and the World Bank. This is how they mess up the entire world financial system from which it would be better to exclude them. And that’s how I’d deal with the racism that seems unbeatable to so many leaders in the world.
Given the load of murders which the two have committed and financed on US soil, including the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in New York in 2001, may I request Your Excellency Donald Trump to freeze their assets and accounts in all the banks of the USA? I will ask the same to the United Kingdom , Switzerland, South Africa and any country where these monsters have property and reserves, in the same cold hearted way like they have treaten me and my intellectual property, which they were using to have all the countries pay real money to their World Bank and IMF.
