I was not anticipating ever having to deal with a influx of refugees on a scale similar to that of the Second World War, and particularly in a country like Belgium
Ten years after my eviction from my home at 10 Rijmelgem in 1932 by a fake bailiff named Mr Dirk Duflou, I am preparing to say goodbye to Belgium for good, as it is a troubled land and I foresee difficult times ahead for this nation.

A Ukrainian family of four people, two adults, a man and a woman, and two young boys, approximately 5 and 7 years of age, made a stop at a hostel in Antwerp, a little after 1 AM. They came on foot from Ukraine to West Europe, guided by smugglers.
I happened to be in Antwerp working on my AML portfolio, for which I earned a certificate from the Antwerp World Diamond Centre. Our portfolio covers defence systems, energy, mining and the transformation of precious materials, with a view to investment for Vanilla Finance and Magrexit.
I heard the person at the reception desk saying “no cash, only bank cards are accepted”. The hostel strives to keep its distance from troublesome individuals by imposing credit card payment. That is laudable.
They saw me sitting in the extraordinary lounge. It all started with the charger for the phone, when the man asked if I could borrow my charger if I have one “only for a few minutes”. “I only need to translate a text”, the wife said.

I agreed, because I saw small children. Their father bought them a drink, and two boys were passing the can to each other.
The woman said she was able to use her bank card earlier in the day, because they arrived in Belgium on the same day, on 30 June 2025. I imagine that she was able to use her bank card in all the countries she has been through, except in Belgium where it stopped functioning after one payment. The luck of all humans ends in this country. The first payment was probably detected by a higher system that blocks all transfers between Ukraine and Belgium.
This is the real conflict that no one sees because it is hidden in the financial system.
It is necessary to investigate in order to identify the direct antagonists and invite them to the negotiating table to stop this war.
She has a bank card of the OschadBank. It was the only bank card the couple had. Luckily I have done the exercise to list the secret bank accounts of the Brabant killers in Russia and Ukraine, to understand which bank she was talking about.
When the phone was charged 3%, she already started using it. I advised her to let it sit until it reaches 15 %, because it will die on her while using any app.
She was happy to find helpfulness. After she did whatever she needed, her husband asked if he could offer a drink. He insisted.

More than one hour later, they came back and said “I am sorry we couldn’t bring you anything, because the bank card was not working. It also means that we can’t pay for a room and the children are tired… We have to be in Brussels tomorrow and we need to leave between 5 and 5:30 AM to take the train”
They’re exhausted and strained people. At first I though they were Gypsies, but when they said they have to be in Brussels I figured out they were going to the First Arrival Center, and I asked what country they were from.
“Ukraine”, the lady said.
“Did you come on foot?” I asked.
“Yes, on foot”. I think she said she is from Kharkiv.
“How do you know?” She asked while sitting up, wondering how I could know they would come on foot from the Balkans.
“… because many Afghan families took that path before. They came on foot from Afghanistan’, would you believe”, I said, “but there was a guide with them. They used to travel through Ukraine”.
Three Algerians thrill seekers took that migration path on foot. They first went to Italy in a makeshift boat with a smuggler. From there, they took the opposite path of the migrants and went to Turkey, Greece and from there they followed the Balkan path with all the other migrants, including Africans, Palestinians, Syians etc to discover how it works and spoke to me about their observations on how people eat, sleep and wash themselves, on how it is like to enter countries undocumented as they pretended, They told me how much it costs in total to be guided through that challenging path.
It was compared with the slave trade like in 1501. Women are raped especially in the deserts of Libya. They are often the ones who arrive pregnant in the asylum centers without a husband. On their way to West Europe they stumbled on a mass grave in Bihac, Bosnia.
They spoke to me how refugees are treated with contempt, and how they found their way to Germany where they introduced their asylum demand. They were not placed in a ridiculous camp like the Red Cross refugee camps in Belgium, as if this country were a war zone, but in regular apartments among the local German people. They were getting 400 Euro per month pocket money, and that is what I call respect. When they heard that in Belgium you get at least 750 euro per month, they took the train to Belgium to reintroduce an asylum demand here.
“During the journey until we arrived in Italy, we were not treated like human beings, but like cattle… At least here in Belgium the treatment is way much better than in all the countries on the path to Brussels”, is what many refugees tell me.
“But here, you are just a number and they rob you of your financial rights for decades on end. They have a social system that gives you the feeling of being respected, but it is meant to offend you with a smile”, I warned.
The smugglers have bosses who pay them to give a bad treatment to every migrant in all the countries to get them to give preference to Belgium, which wants as many migrants as possible. It’s a financially supported policy to fill up the social system and to say “Belgium has the best social system in the world”..
Those who organise the flight of people from crime and violence should be condemned for committing a crime against humanity, punishable by death. When it comes to migrants and refugees, the Belgian social system operates on bad principles that consist of changing the original reality of the people to make them fit in the Belgian social system. If you were wealthy, they will make you poor. If you had a status in your country let’s say of a lawyer, doctor, CEO, manager or even a professor, and you had the misfortune to have to flee a warzone, and your come to Belgium, they don’t give you any consideration. They make you miserable.
A large part of the social economy in Belgium operates on the basis of misfortune artificially created for the people of another country, to become refugees in Belgium or in other countries at peace where they position the Red Cross. An example of artificially created misfortunes are floods, forest fires, followed by drought, violent extremism, and pandemics.

They create poverty, just to be the first to receive the local and international aid which is actually meant for redistributing to refugees, but that’s not what’s happening. The refugees don’t get any money paid out. Instead they are made dependent on a system that provides goods for their basic needs.
“We too paid a guide to walk with a group or refugees”, the Ukrainian lady said.
The face saddened when she began thinking of herself and her small children to embark on this journey towards the uncertain, on foot, having to leave all they have behind to run for their lives for an enemy who is unseen, for reasons that they don’t understand. They don’t know why there is a war in their country.
Not knowing (why there is a war) is a violation of the fundamental human right to information. This concept is not included in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was designed with knowledge about everything that happened in WWII, except the understanding why they are shooting and bombing the citizens.

While the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is a beautiful list of conditions to which everyone is entitled, it only applies to the ideal world. That is not the world we are living in today, as evidenced by the global conflict map. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is not compatible with the reality of life in all parts of the world. It is probably compatible with life in Belgium, provided you are not a migrant.
The declaration does not include the right to know why these human rights are being refused to you and your people when your entire life suddenly collapses around you and you have to leave the conditions that your nation created for your growth. Why are these rights being violated so suddenly? Why are people who are innocent being killed?

to at least say when all this will stop ?
Not knowing and not understanding is what drives people mad. All countries must agree to inform the population about the exact reason for the conflict and who the opponent is in this conflict. Avoiding the bullets will be a lot easier. Not informing the people works in the advantage of the Enemy.
“It is not the Russians who are fighting the Ukrainians. They are foreign terrorists who wear Russian uniforms”, I explained.
Their faces cleared and in a choir they said “Yes! That is right! They are not real soldiers from Russia”.
I was glad that these refugees know this, and that the information is reaching all the levels of the population.
The next step is to tell these populations from which country the terrorists exactly come from. This should become the obligation of every government and every press agent
The man thought that they were from various European countries. What if all the Ukrainians and the Russians think like this? This does not seem to me to be a good thing for Europe.
This is why I explained it more technically, and this concerns the fake identity papers, that we decried in June 2025.

“It is not all the European countries, it is more in Belgium where the use of fake identities is the culture. They have workshops where they produce fake passports, fake identity cards, fake drivers licences, because that is how they make fortunes, with which they finance the arming of terrorists…. That is where your problem comes from”.
“Aaah, it’s a system !” the wife said.
“Right. It is the system of this country only, not all West Europe” I fear for this country when every Ukrainian, every Afghan, every Syrian, every Iraki, every Palestinian, every Lebanese, every Congolese (although they knew this all along), and every anyone discovers that they lost EVERYTHING to this tiny country in West Europe.
Why can’t they explain it like this at the United Nations ? Why do they keep this problem ongoing for 80 years?
I gave them advice on their visit to Brussels. “You will be assigned housing immediately, but if you go to the Red Cross, don’t tell them you have family still in Ukraine, because they will kill them, so that you have nothing to go back to Ukraine for. They need your presence in Belgium to increase the size of the social system only to receive funds from the United Nations Operations for Humanitarian Aid, from UN Refugees, UN Habitat, Unicef for your Children, and from European Social Fund, and foundations such as Bill and Melinda Gates, Soros Foundation, Qatar Foundation, Kuwait Foundation, and the big boys. They get let’s say for example 50 Euro per day per refugee. The social organisations take out 40 Euro that they put in their pocket under the form of “salary”, they spend 5 Euro for the rent of the premises, 3 Euro for your food, one Euro for the telecom bill and they give you one Euro, like 7,90 Euro per week. To get more money, they force foreigners to prostitute themselves. They make a margin of 160 euros per day for the four of you. At 40 euros per person that they don’t have to pay back, they make 120,000.00 euros for 3,000 Ukrainian refugees. That’s 43.8 million euros net per year, and that’s just for the Ukrainians, but there are many other refugees from other countries at war for reasons that nobody understands. They still make a few billion a year with the money to keep people alive, but they’ll shoot your family over there to keep getting welfare funds supposedly for you. That is all they are interested in.
“That is why they need this war in your country. They will use 40 Euro for every refugee to play the investors in your country for building hotels on the grounds on which they kill your family. That is the bigger system. That is why you better tell the Red Cross you have nobody living in Ukraine and that you never had any property in your country… because there is a Red Cross there too. If you tell them you have family, it is the Red Cross over there who will do the field work to identify them so that one day you will hear that the Russians would have bombed that area, and the you will have no family for real”. The husband almost cried when thinking of his family being killed in this way.

They have made IFRC (the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in Geneva a pension fund to which all Belgian employers have to contribute. They consider this type of slavery normal in Belgium where the people are comfortable with the 50 % theft of their income.

It is an employers’ and business organisation with the Nacebel code 2008 94110. The question is whether its role is genuinely humanitarian or commercial.
What is the exact plan of the IFRC with the money of everybody? It is the financing of hatred, such as the hatred against the refugees on their path to safer countries such as the European Union, such as the salaries for the smugglers, the rapists and the terrorists who attack the innocent citizens and who chase them from their homes.

I didn’t talk about the new problem, which is that certain locals who have been waiting for social housing complain about the Ukrainians getting better treatment by the social aid system. “They wear better clothes, better shoes and they get so much aid per month” certain citizens complain not realising the cruelty these people had to face before arriving here”. These people are traumatised for life, and they are at risk being traumatised again with that racism in this country, when they see the Ukrainians driving cars, going to university and accessing well-paid jobs. We figured out a way of dealing with jealousy that could turn murderous and that is Magrexit.

I took my hand bag and I said “I only have 50 cents pieces, that I can give to buy water or so”. The lady insisted not to give money as she has cash. I should have given my charger to them, but I forgot to do that. I didn’t think of giving it.

I also advised them on the children, to be careful, because they steal them and eat them up. They knew about it. They were advised about it before their arrival. I was glad no to be the one to have to say such terrible things.
My last advice was to open a bank account with the passport they have in hand. I advised which banks they should privilege to transfer the funds from the OschadBank..
This is where the Vanilla Finance Card could play a role. It is a fund for social aid that can act as a buffer that allows people on the move to get ahead with their lives. Vanilla Finance Card works together with the banks to advance funds before they can recuperate from the bank in the war zone. Financial living should not be put on hold because of armed conflicts, because of someone else’s conflict.
It is heartbreaking to see war refugees on the move, arriving in a foreign country where they still eat children. It reminds me of the times when Moroccan families arrived in this new country and my mother was providing food, clothes and money to get them through the first weeks. That was in the 1970ies, some 25 years after WWII, and it is still going. If we don’t help war refugees, humanity will be finished.
It was 03:00 AM and they were leaving at 5:30 AM. There was no need to reserve a room for two hours and a half . They were allowed to stay inside until the morning.
If I had a hotel I would do more, I would run to the kitchen and prepare a food pack with goodies. I would offer them to take a shower, perhaps a breakfast if the kitchen staff is available, but they do not stand that far in Belgium in terms of spontaneous human solidarity and humanitarian aid. That is why this country needs big organisations to just give food and drink to the people. They need big infrastructures for doing this highly sophisticated industrial act of scooping soup out of a kettle and pouring it in a bowl. You can get paid a full salary for distributing food. You need to dress up and be groomed very well for doing the tough job of putting rice or soup on a plate.
This family is not disturbing anyone and they didn’t get anything more than the possibility to sit inside. They came all the way from Kharkiv in Ukraine on foot. They were given nothing to drink, no food, and no vanity pack, simply because the emphatic thinking that these people are suffering in terrible ways is not there.
It is not their first nature in this country to rescue people,
but it is their second nature, for sure.
They will only do it when they are told or if they see someone else do it. How many times haven’t I noticed that Belgium will only send help if France or The Netherlands do it first. But, Belgium is the only country with a B-fast rescue operation team that goes to help people who are 5000, 10 000; 20 000 kilometers away, like in Turkey, and not at all if you live a bit closer.
In Belgium, there is a need for an organisation to provide basic care for people in need, because otherwise people will die literally despite the presence of supermarkets every 200 metres. They are not allowed to give away food. They are allowed to give it to the Food Bank as Delhaize, Albert Heijn and Carrefour do, or to destroy it like Aldi does. If you have access to a smartphone, a bank account and a banking app, you can use “Too Good To Go” that allows you to pick up a food aid pack from big stores, and users reported that get trolleys full of goodies for an amount €2,50 and €3.
I am talking about food items that are taken off the shelf because they are close to their expiry date and that are not worth 2 Euro. The composition of the food pack is questionable, and lacks dietary balance, because the food chain has other things to worry about than putting together food packs, and to work for another company like this
The customer cannot choose, I was told at Carrefour where they gave me things like that. ‘But what are you going to do with a basket full of products that will expire in less than two days, which we remove to guarantee freshness? If you get affiliated, chances are that you will get meat products when you are a vegetarian or if you eat Halal or Kosher, because we don’t know who the customer is” In other words, they use ‘Too Good to Go’ as the garbage can or close to it.
The people who know who the customers are, are the app designers. To me it seems like just another way for getting hold of poor people’s identities and banking information, so to eventually suspend transactions, and to keep them into poverty, just like I suspect is happening to the Ukrainian family who are unable to get hold of their own money at the Oschadbank in Kharkiv. That is what “Too Good To Go” and a whole series of Belgian apps like “Itsme” are about. It is for terrorising people.
There is not enough humanity for spontaneous solidarity between the individuals. There is not enough kindness in the people for people to help each other. Very helpful Belgians do exist, I think they are a minority when it comes to spontaneous individuals. All the rest needs mediatised incentives to get them to do something for anybody else.
My observation is confirmed by the Belgian tax system, which imposes solidarity. If people in other countries pay much less tax, it’s because they don’t need a solidarity commitment imposed on them. If the government of this country does not impose between 35 and 50 % income taxes on all the workers, there would be no solidarity at all. That is why people pay a lot of taxes in this country.
In other words, they need an organisation or SICAV to tell them to be kind, they need leadership in kind humanity, whereas in other societies no leadership is needed for being human, loving and caring towards anyone. For now, there is only the Sofina and Sofira SICAV of which the shareholders are the de Wouters van Oplinter family of the Brabant killers, which dictates racist acts, refusal of housing and solidarity to certain nationalities, including food and money or social aid, and if you don’t comply, you will be sweeping the streets tomorrow. This makes Belgian people who want to make a difference are much too scared to do it, because they have children at school and they are afraid to lose their pension at the IFRC.
The kindness in Belgium comes from outside, and without figuring out the entire system, I have been relying on the expat community in Brussels for my growth.
The Belgian people who had a car breakdown on the Belgian highway, or who were moving houses, or who suffered some kind of dramatic situation report that the person who stopped to provide help was a foreigner, the same one who faces racism, islamophobia and antisemitism everyday.
Despite all the racism, and with such an important migrant community in Belgium, never a war was started by any foreigner. Riots, yes, but an armed conflict no. Even the islamist terrorists are financed and equipped by the local Belgians to be unkind and like savages to other human beings including their families.
As for foreigners, the Belgian social system promises you the moon and the stars, only to knock you down on the ground with racist decisions.

The aim is to keep on grow the social sector bigger indefinitely and the Moroccans should refuse the system and they should quit Belgium to live like free people.
In my correspondence with the Council of Europe, the G20 India, the Prosecutor’s Office of Kingdom of Belgium, and the Belgian Federal Police, I highlighted irregularities in housing, social assistance, homelessness, asylum and migration. The social services sector in Belgium, is an environment where crime prevails.
Maintaining a standard of living is a reality when you’re Belgian, but when you’re a foreigner, a refugee or a migrant you’re followed by the gang that manages migratory flows with its Red Cross around the world, which thinks that all immigrants are its personal property from the country of departure to the host country in particular, where it wants to keep an eye on them through the social system. That’s why I avoid social services like the plague. I try to do without it, and I am not the only one. All the immigrants get fed up with it at some point and they relinquish the social service with a job that entitles them to unemployment benefits which is calculated based on the salary they had. That system as well affects the mental health of the immigrants
They use immigrants, asylum seekers and refugees to reach a critical mass of people to tell the government to subsidise all the needs of “these poor people who need food, clothes, a bed and heating”. This is a very large-scale scam against which nothing has ever been done in Belgium, to the extent that the size of the social welfare system (36% blue) is much larger than the size of the entire banking sector (6% purple).

Magrexit is a mathematical programme that will bring the Belgian people face to face with themselves to see if there will still be peace after all the foreigners have left, after their social system has collapsed and when the only possible attitude will be to violate the human rights of others, as in 1940. On 6 juiy 2023, I recommended Magrexit to your predecessor, the Honourable Andriy Kostin. The truth is that all the bilateral migration deals and the policies related to refugees do not include any elaborate plan for the repatriation of migrants and refugees only in the case of deaths. The only pioneer in this field for the moment is the Center for Moroccan International Alliances.
Allow me to include my letter to His Excellency Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine concerning a financial positioning in solving the war in Ukraine, in a totally different way than what was done so far by any of the international governments dominated by the West, which have become ineffective by not calling a spade a spade, by covering up for the bad guys every time by accusing someone else. They have made fortunes with the resources of your country like marble and diamonds, just by lying like that. I’m not a Westerner and I’m looking for efficiency for my country. There is no space for big liars in my country. I don’t care if they don’t want efficiency in Belgium. That’s their freedom. I will not protect paedophiles, murderers and anthropophagus by blaming another nationality. I happen to know their names and I know their faces because they were hunting for me since I was a child. This is their family photo and I display them everywhere possible, just as they have displayed the secret economic plans for the new Morocco everywhere possible.
These are evil Belgians who are financing the fighting in your country that nobody is talking about. Please use their photos in the newspapers in all the media to increase vigilance of everyone, should they come to Ukraine, usually with false Russian or Polish names. Please organise with these pictures a call to witness in Ukraine where people have certainly seen them at work. Interrogate the Russian fighters also.
It is with Belgium that the peace talks should happen. Instead of finding money by destroying other countries and population, investing in Belgium’s government and banks should lead to the war to stop instantly. The Ukrainians can begin to go home, to rebuild their country themselves and their friends. This is how Vanilla Finance and Magrexit are linked.
That investment should help protect the Ukrainian people in this foreign land. The means invested must definitely be applied to bringing to justice anyone who participated by close or by far in that horrible war, in the consecutive uprises in Ukraine since 2008 or so, and all the other issues between the two countries.
