On 12 June 2016, I addressed the note below to Prime Minister Benkirane, to attract his attention to the presence of a sex-mafioso in the Palace of His Majesty Mohammed VI, the King of Morocco.
The sex-tourism in Morocco is directed from abroad from very high-up, at least brokered by His Excellency André Azoulay in the context of trade agreements and international commerce. The clandestine human trade is intertwined with the formal and the informal tourism business, with the illegal mass migration, with the real estate and even with the banking which makes that it becomes a very hard thing to dismantle without hurting the Moroccan economy.
Further research in the Moroccan economy has indicated that the proceeds from the tourism end up in Belgium in various ways:
The phenomenon of mass-migration and illegal migration is without any doubts closely linked to the shipping of money out of the country by people who leave without any papers, who are typically “saved” by a Red Cross ship in the Mediterranean Sea, to whom the money is passed on.

There is also Miss Filomenita Mongaya-Högsholm, a Danish-Phillipina who I accuse of the smuggling from my home of project documents protected by the Belgian author’s rights organization named SABAM.
Miss Mongaya declared having visited Morocco alone more than once, and now it seems that the trips were related to financial transactions.
Afterward, Miss Mongaya may have whitewashed the corruption money by writing a book on the Philippino women in Europe. The book is entitled “IN DE OLDE WORLDE: Views of Filipino Migrants in Europe”, and it was sponsored by UNESCO.
An additional way for whitewashing the money produced from crimes in Morocco is through people who represent “the authority” such as the politicians, the professors, the doctors, and the lawyers.
One example of a lawyer is Inès Wouters, a former partner at Afschrift and a university professor at Solvay Business School specializing in tax law. She now works as a lawyer specialized in human rights, but this is according to me more with the concern to skim off the human rights funds. She is the owner of a hotel complex in Fez and a strip-tease bar in Marseilles named La Rose Noire. If I should accuse His Excellency André Azoulay of something in all this, then it is that he had been protected a large bunch of highly dangerous criminals who operate against all the Moroccan living abroad, and against the interests of the Kingdom of Morocco. He also never advised anybody of how Morocco was getting impoverished.
As the Governor of the Province of Essaouira, His Excellency André Azoulay has covered up a double murder in his province of two Algerians who were stabbed to death by Mr. Lucien Leuwenkroon, the president of the Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Casablanca and by Mr. Daniel Charles Renson, the chairman of CEO Europe in Belgium.
That is to say that no matter what we try to do for chasing Lucien Leuwenkroon out of our country, or to get him arrested for all his crimes including all those of another nature, such as the various financial crimes, such as the corruption and the embezzlement of the Moroccan government funds, His Excellency André Azoulay will always hold a hand over his head, because they become rich together with making fun of the Moroccans and our economy. This is why the first who needs to go is His Excellency André Azoulay.
An example of hilarious trade relation between Morocco and Belgium is Mawazine:

Who is unwilling to have respect for the King of Morocco? Could they be the same who may have poisoned Late King Hassan II of Morocco?
Further research is currently being done to assess to what extent the Mawazine concept was the miracle recipe for the economic stability of some European country, obviously generating income from strong alcoholic drinks, shisha and perhaps some harder drugs too.
The prostitution-slavery might be an important by-product of this business of which the revenues are massively shipped out of the country, given that the business is illegal. I am not excluding child-prostitution and pedophilia also, given the curious involvement of child-care centers in the official company description. How lucrative! No wonder that they are located in the diamond center of Europe.
Some of the income might be going to thousands of partner companies who use the full or parts of name code Luna & VIPS, like “VIPS and Friends” (of Luna), whose company statutes are either identical, or corresponding, or aligned perhaps with the intention to justifying financial transactions between them, or with the intention to donate the money to various foundations in Europe, or to organizations such as La Croix Rouge de Belgique. That is how Mawazine might be supporting thousands of companies in Belgium. It needs to be verified, but I need to create a team of people to help me do that. Meanwhile, the Moroccan police must do what they can to find out from their protector in Morocco who is His Excellency André Azoulay.
Today, I have the honor to present to you a similar case like Mawazine, which is the Fez festival of sacred music. You will find the article on this link. That one is curiously not under the high patronage of anybody. You want to know why? Because it was originally a Belgian idea, by a Belgian mafia which is very good in projecting noble objectives in all their businesses and holy events on the surface, while running underneath another business which is vile, very dirty and even deadly, that you were not supposed to know about. I am a witness of how it all started and I am sharing the story in:

If you did know about how the mafia operates, you would have known sooner who was behind the profanation of the Holy Koran and of the Prophet Mohammed (Peace upon Him), with cartoons and with distasteful movies, who was behind the murder of late King Hassan II, who wants to blame His Majesty King Mohammed VI of patronising the Mawazine Lounge, who is in parallel behind the rapes of the women and children, the HIV-Aids epidemic, and behind the poverty and the mass-migration. Her helper in Morocco is a Dutch and I don’t mean Geert Wilders.
She is a woman who also plays with the double standard of being of noble descent and of taking extremely base actions such as lying about other people, burglaries, racketeering, destroying the houses of the people, burning down companies of leading investors to prevent the rise of the migrant people, she has been ordering imprisonments and corrupting people in general against her rivals. She is filled with hatred and jealousy, especially against the other women.
She is was declared by one of her former soldiers to be behind the genocides, the ugly human traffic, the Spring Revolt in the Arab countries, the push and the fall of leaders under the pressure of the street in so many countries. She currently runs a human rights foundation, but it is the opposite which she does, which is getting the victims of injustice to bring the money to her.

I would like the Moroccan authorities to dig out the figures of both these entertainment businesses Mawazine and Fez Festival. I would like a parliamentary commission in Morocco to go through every contract, every invoice and payslip, and through every bank statement which Mawazine and Fez Festival have. I would like all their documents to be seized NOW, including those of His Excellency André Azoulay. That will show who the true patron is any festival in Morocco.
How come Morocco let a situation get so far, and kept it lasting for decades?
For years I have been wondering what the Morocco-Belgium relation was about. One answer I found is HIV and cancer which is what the Morocco-Belgium relation is about (see extensive caption above mentioning a Belgian male named Renson after me). Another reason is cannibalism, it is the simple hunt for food, as His Excellency is part of an evil branch of hominids needing to eat and drink human blood to alter their DNA.
That’s the conclusion that I had made after analyzing the hidden systems in Belgium, during the past 14 years, at least, to understand why the people in Belgium have money all the time and why we are constantly broke. We have been kept weak and poor so that His Excellency André Azoulay can provide meals enriched with human blood to his Belgian friends, while we continue to believe that it was only sex that they want.
They want our blood! That is all that the Morocco-Belgium relation was about. It was to rip-off Morocco financially, with the intention to make an easy catch of us.
His Excellency André Azoulay should be fired at least for failing to advise His Majesty about everything in this letter, about the European warlords running our country with corruption, and about the fact that they — including him — are vampires.
Do you really think that as the advisor of His Majesty the King of Morocco, His Excellency André Azoulay knows nothing about the gaping hole of 659.2 billion MAD (Moroccan Dirhams) at the Bank Al-Maghrib?
That is why I the next hours, I am contacting the Belgian Police, be it just in the context of his participation as the financier of the war in Northern Ireland probably (with money embezzled from Morocco — who knows ?), and where — according to eyewitnesses — he would have raped and killed two children.
